Total Family Care is proud to announce that patients can now access their health records online. Our Patient Portal makes it easier for you to participate in managing your health care. You can use a computer or your mobile device to:
1) View and update your personal information
2) Review past appointments
3) Request new appointments
4) Request prescription renewals
5) View most of your test results
We encourage such engagement on the part of our patients because of the efficiency it offers. Using the patient portal cuts out frustrating wait times on the phone, and offers a way for simple medical questions to be addressed.
