Dr. Nicole Nguyen - Healthcare Provider
Dr. Nicole Nguyen was born in Vietnam and raised here in Texas since the age of 3. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Houston, Central. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1999 as a Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Nguyen then completed her residency in Family Medicine at Memorial SW Family Practice. Dr. Nguyen has been designated as a Civil Surgeon by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Harris County Medical Association, and the Texas Medical Association.
Nicole enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with her family in her spare time.
Dr. Scott Rivenes - Medical Director
Dr. Scott Rivenes was born and raised in California. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He graduated from the University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School in 1992 as a Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Rivenes then completed his residency and internship in Emergency Medicine at Maricopa Medical Center. Dr. Rivenes currently is the Chief Medical Officer and Emergency Room Director at Methodist Sugar Land Hospital as well as the Medical Director for Titus Medical Services and the Cyfair Volunteer Fire Department. Dr. Rivenes has served as both a diplomat and fellow for the American Board of Emergency Medicine and has been recognized and awarded for the outstanding care and treatment of his patients.
Scott enjoys golfing, coaching soccer, and spending time with his family.
Roseline Onwuchuruba - Family Nurse Practitioner
Roseline Onwuchuruba (Rosie) is a Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the state of Texas.
Rosie received her Associates of Nursing degree from Cecil College in 2002. In May of 2008, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Houston. In December 2014, she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Houston.
Prior to joining Total Family Care, Rosie worked in the cardiac intensive unit at Christiana Hospital in Delaware as a Registered Nurse. Rosie relocated to Texas in 2005 and has since worked at Memorial Hermann Hospital Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the cardiac intensive care unit gaining extensive cardiology experience. She has also worked as a Nurse Practitioner with another cardiology and primary care clinic in Houston.
Rosie is a proud wife and mother of three children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Through her experience in the cardiac intensive care unit, she has witnessed the devastating end results of unmanaged diabetes, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia. She aims to empower patients to take an active role in their healthcare through education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
Sharon X Li, MSN, FNP-BC- Family Nurse Practitioner
Sharon X. Li is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing. In 2011, Sharon graduated with honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2016, she also earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the UTMB. Sharon is an active member of the Houston Area Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing.
Sharon’s passion is to provide the continuum of education and care to patients and their families while treating and managing their diseases.
Sharon is a mother of three children, enjoys traveling, cooking and spending quality time with her family and friends.
